Terms of Service

These terms cover your use of BlueCollar Fleet (the website, web app and phone apps). By creating an account you agree to them. Questions: support@bluecollarfleet.com.

The service

BlueCollar Fleet is a record-keeping and planning tool for trucking businesses. It is not tax, legal, accounting, payroll or safety advice. Mileage estimates, tax estimates, IFTA figures, settlements and load-profit results depend on the information you enter and on outside data that may be wrong or out of date. Check important numbers before you rely on them, and use a qualified professional for tax and legal matters. Routes shown are not guaranteed to be legal or safe for trucks; always follow posted restrictions and your own judgment. Don't use the app while driving.

Your account

You're responsible for your account and for the people you invite. Keep your email account secure, because sign-in codes are sent there. You must be at least 18 and using the app for business.

Your data

Your records belong to you. You give us permission to store and process them only to run the service for you. You can export them at any time. See our Privacy Policy.

Plans, trials and billing

• Paid plans start with a 14-day free trial (one per business). You enter a payment card to start the trial, and you are not charged during it. When the trial ends, your card is charged automatically for the plan you picked (monthly or yearly) unless you cancel before then in the app under Settings, Manage billing. We email you before the trial ends. If you cancel, you move to the free Load Check plan and your records stay saved.
• Subscriptions renew automatically each month or year until you cancel. You can cancel at any time, and you keep access until the end of the period you paid for. Payments already made are not refunded except where the law requires, or at our discretion.
• Plan limits (trucks and logins) are shown on the pricing page. We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice; founding member pricing stays as promised while the subscription stays active.
• Purchases made through the App Store or Google Play follow those stores' billing and refund rules.

Acceptable use

Don't misuse the service: no breaking the law, accessing other companies' data, interfering with the service, or reselling it without our permission. We may suspend accounts that do.

Availability

We work to keep the app available and your data safe, but the service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. Keep your own copies of records you are required to keep.

Limits on liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses (such as lost profits, fines, tax penalties or lost loads), and our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before it.

Ending

You can close your account at any time. We may end the service with reasonable notice and a chance to export your data.

Changes

If we change these terms in a way that matters, we'll tell you before the change takes effect. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the new terms.
